(3) Cotton opener: The cotton opening beater is located in the lower center of each pair of cotton feeding rollers, and each beater is composed of a beater wing, shaft, plug, and sealing device. The front end is a sawtooth-shaped beater wing, plug, and shaft welded into a whole. The six thugs are driven by a 5.5kW electric motor, and a speed monitoring device is installed at the non-transmission end of the first and sixth thugs. When the thug’s speed is lower than the set process speed, the cotton feeding roller stops feeding the cotton, and an alarm appears on the display panel.

(4) Brush device: The series multi-bin cotton mixer is equipped with a set of brush devices around each beater to timely brush off the fibers hooked on the beater’s teeth and prevent the beater from getting tangled in flowers
(5) Cotton feeding curtain: The cotton conveying curtain is composed of a flat curtain, an inclined curtain, and a cotton pressing curtain. The flat curtain is driven separately by the flat curtain motor, while the inclined curtain and cotton pressing curtain are driven by the cotton feeding motor of the cotton cleaning machine used in conjunction with them. The speed of the cotton curtain varies with the cotton feeding speed of the cotton cleaning machine it is used with.

(6) Cotton warehouse: Each cotton bin is separated by front and rear partitions to form an independent cotton bin for separating raw materials.
(7) Cotton matching channel: The cotton distribution channel is located on the top of the machine and is used to transport raw materials to various cotton silos.
(8) Pneumatic control device: The pneumatic control device consists of pneumatic triple components (filter, pressure regulating valve, oil mist eliminator), solenoid valve, cylinder, etc. The pneumatic control device, pressure sensor, and PLC are used together to control the cotton feeding process to each bin of the machine.
(9) Electrical control: The electrical control system is installed in the control room at the rear of the machine, consisting of a photoelectric device, a micro differential pressure controller, a small relay, and a PLC to form the electrical control system.
